If you enjoy our concerts and would like to help us bring classical music into the culture of our children, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to The Imagination Symphony. Your support will assist us to bring high-quality programs to children and families at a reasonable ticket price and expands our reach into less-advantaged communities through our Community Access Program.
The Imagination Symphony is a registered not-for-profit, 501-c-3 organization.
We work hard to maintain resonable ticket prices so that our concerts remain
affordable and accessible to Chicagoland families. Our programs generate
revenue through ticket and merchandise sales; however, the cost associated
with a professional
quality, sixty-player ensemble is substantial. We rely on generous donations
from individuals, corporations and foundations to ensure our entertaining
children’s
programs are offered at a reasonable price.
At The Imagination Symphony, we have a dedicated and talented board. A significant
proportion of our creative and administrative work is completed on a volunteer
basis, free-of-charge by our board members and related individuals. The high
proportion of in-kind contributions allows us to direct a larger percentage
of funding to our concerts and outreach programs.
